Our extra virgin olive oil is the highest quality product because it is obtained exclusively from the pressing of olives only. This extra virgin olive oil is rich in antioxidants such as vitamin E and polyphenols. It only takes a little of this oil to have high benefits for you health. For this oil, the variety of olive used is Biancolilla, typical of the Agrigento area. The oil of Biancolilla is light and delicate on the palate par excellence, very fluid with golden reflections and a taste of freshly picked green olives. Excellent for seasoning fish, pâté and in desserts used instead of butter or seed oil.
